About Me
As a performance psychology consultant, Michelle supports individuals and teams to achieve peak performance via (i) mental skills education, (ii) psychological skills assessment, (iii) mind-body programme development, (iv) multisport solutions, and (v) research in various domains.
Through mental toughness coaching and facilitation, she has equipped athletes competing at national and international meets, students, and military shooters with the psychological skills pivotal for high performance.
In her work with companies, and sport and local schools, she has facilitated the development and rollout of online performance feedback systems and psychometric tools for individuals to gain self-awareness and stakeholders to make better decisions about training and development.
Michelle has also co-designed multi-level, age-based curricula for global childcare service brands and government schools, and training programmes for educators and practitioners in the areas of mental toughness, mental wellness and multisport.
Her positive memories of sport growing up have led her to take on various roles in multisport, such as early years mental skills and multisport coach in preschools across Singapore, Kids Intelligence Development thru Sport (KiDS™) trainer to educators and coaches in the region, and event core team member of the KiDS™ Games Series (cutting-edge multisport events promoting sport sampling and active lifestyles).
Michelle likes keeping up to date with the latest research, and has co-presented/published primarily in the areas of mental toughness, stress and performance in different fields. She is passionate about delivering multifaceted, research-based solutions to help people be the very best that they can be in sport and in life.
